Epoxy-Coat™ Good System Residential Warranty
Epoxy-Coat™ shall offer a warranty for its residential coating applications against peeling for a period of two years, providing its application is in accordance with Epoxy-Coat™ preparation and application procedures and the warranty registration certificate is filled out and mailed or e-mailed back within 30 days of purchase.
This warranty exclusively applies to peeling coatings caused as a direct result of product failure and exclusive maximum liability of
Epoxy-Coat™ under this warranty will be to replace the appropriate quantity necessary for re-coating warranted area.
Residential Warranty exclusions:
• Moisture mitigation issues
• Deficient concrete
• Coating not applied direct to concrete
• Surface or sub-surface contaminants
The sole and exclusive maximum liability of Epoxy-Coat™ under this warranty will be to replace the appropriate quantity of material necessary for re-coating the warranted area.
The express warranties set forth in this purchase are in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
The customer agrees that his/her exclusive remedies and the entire liability of Epoxy-Coat™ with respect to the specified floor coatings, are set forth in this agreement. Epoxy-Coat™ will not be liable to the customer for any damages, including any lost profits or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of its use of the floor coating or the breach of any warranty.

Epoxy-Coat™ Better System Residential Warranty
Epoxy-Coat™ shall offer a warranty for its residential coating applications against peeling for a period of five years, providing its application is in accordance with Epoxy-Coat™ preparation and application procedures and the warranty registration certificate is filled out and mailed or e-mailed back within 30 days of purchase. This warranty exclusively applies to peeling coatings caused as a direct result of product failure and exclusive maximum liability of
Epoxy-Coat™ under this warranty will be to replace the appropriate quantity necessary for re-coating warranted area.

Epoxy-Coat™ Certified/Certified Plus System Residential Warranty
Limited Lifetime warranty. Limited Lifetime warranty is transferable.
• 1-3 years 100%
• 4-10 years 50% of retail value
• 11+ years 25% of retail value
Epoxy-Coat™ shall offer a warranty for “Super Certified System Kit” residential coating applications against peeling providing its application
is in accordance with Epoxy-Coat™ preparation and application procedures and the warranty registration certificate is filled out and mailed
or e-mailed back within 30 days of purchase.
This warranty exclusively applies to peeling coatings caused as a direct result of product failure and exclusive maximum liability of
Epoxy-Coat™ under this warranty will be to replace the appropriate quantity necessary for re-coating warranted area.

Epoxy-Coat Commercial Warranty
Epoxy-Coat™ shall warranty its Industrial/Commercial/Institutional coatings to meet all performance specifications for the
original purchaser.
The sole and exclusive maximum liability of Epoxy-Coat™ under this warranty will be to replace the appropriate quantity of materials
necessary for re-coating warranted area as detailed below:

Counter-Coat under this warranty will be to replace the appropriate quantity necessary for re-coating the warranted area.
Residential Warranty exclusions:
• Deficient substrate
• Coating not applied direct to substrate
• Surface or sub-surface contaminants
The sole and exclusive maximum liability of Counter-Coat under this warranty will be to replace the appropriate quantity of material
necessary for re-coating the warranted area.
The express warranties set forth in this purchase are in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, any
warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
The customer agrees that his/her exclusive remedies and the entire liability of Counter-Coat with respect to the specified coatings, are set
forth in this agreement. Counter-Coat will not be liable to the customer for any damages, including any lost profits or other incidental or
consequential damages arising out of its use of the floor coating or the breach of any warranty.

Metallic-Coat Warranty
Metallic-Coat shall offer a warranty for its residential coating applications against peeling for a period of three years, providing its
application is in accordance with Metallic-Coat preparation and application procedures and the warranty registration certificate is
completely filled out and mailed or e-mailed back within 30 days of purchase.
This warranty exclusively applies to peeling coatings caused as a direct result of product failure and exclusive maximum liability of
Metallic-Coat under this warranty will be to replace the appropriate quantity necessary for re-coating the warranty area.
Residential Warranty exclusions:

The sole and exclusive maximum liability of Metallic-Coat under this warranty will be to replace the appropriate quantity of material
necessary for re-coating the warranted area.

any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
The customer agrees that his/her exclusive remedies and the entire liability of Metallic-Coat with respect to the specified floor coatings, are
set forth in this agreement. Metallic-Coat will not be liable to the customer for any damages, including any lost profits or other incidental or
consequential damages arising out of its use of the floor coating or the breach of any warranty.

The customer agrees that his/her exclusive remedies, and the entire liability of PFCSI with respect to the specified floor coatings, are set
forth in this agreement. PFCSI will not be liable to the customer for any damages, including any lost profits or other incidental or consequential
damages arising out of its use of the floor coating or the breach of any warranty.
• Hydrostatic pressure; Hydrostatic pressure is caused from moisture being present underneath the concrete slab. Hydrostatic pres
sure can cause blisters, bubbles, and other effects in a resinous coating.
• Sub-surface contaminants; Oil or other contaminants that can come up from within the concrete slab could cause coating failure.
• Deficient Concrete; concrete that breaks apart and exhibits reduced integrity.
• Non-skid; Non-skid will wear out over time and will need to be re-applied.

floor coating application. TF recommends a coefficient friction of .05 or greater.
Performance Roads, LLC Warranty
• Asphalt Repair/Resurfacing-6 months warranty
Performance Roads shall warranty its work against flanking and peeling for a period specified above from the invoice date providing the job
has been paid in full to terms.
Performance Roads cannot warranty an existing coating adhesion to the concrete or any work that we have not performed.
This warranty applies to delamination caused as a direct result of product failure. The sole and exclusive maximum liability of
Performance Roads under this warranty will be at the option of Performance Roads to patch failing area/areas or re-coat all coated
areas Performance Roads deems advisable.
The express warranties set forth in this contract are in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including without limitation, any
warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Customer agrees that his/her exclusive remedies, and the entire liability of Performance Roads with respect to the specified patch, are set
forth in this agreement. Performance Roads will not be liable to the customer for any damages, including any lost profits or other incidental
or consequential damages arising out of its use of the floor coating or the breach of any warranty.
Limitations and conditions not warranted
• Hydrostatic pressure: Hydrostatic pressure is caused from moisture being present underneath the concrete slab. Hydrostatic pressure can cause lifting.
• Deficient Concrete: concrete that breaks apart and exhibits reduced integrity.
• Slip resistant properties.
